I am a technology leader with a strong background in enterprise software, product platforms, and cloud architecture. Currently, I work as Manager Technology at ZNAPZ, part of the Naviam Group, where I am responsible for the technology direction, architecture, and alignment of products and engineering practices across the organization.
My work focuses on enterprise asset management solutions, with deep expertise in IBM Maximo and IBM MAS, cloud platforms, and scalable system design. I operate at the intersection of product strategy and technology execution: defining roadmaps, overseeing product development, aligning tooling and governance, and ensuring platforms are robust, secure, and fit for enterprise-scale use.
Alongside strategic responsibilities, I remain closely involved in complex technical challenges, supporting teams and customers with performance analysis, system stability, and critical issue resolution. I have extensive experience working with distributed teams, integrating organizations and platforms, and operating in regulated, enterprise environments.
I am particularly interested in platform modernization, product-driven engineering, and the practical application of automation and intelligence in enterprise software, always with a strong focus on reliability, maintainability, and business value.
Born and raised in Izhevsk, Russia, I discovered my interest in programming early on. I earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science from St. Petersburg National Research University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics (ITMO) and began my professional career in St. Petersburg in 2006 before relocating to the Netherlands. Over the years, I have worked with diverse clients, led distributed teams, and delivered complex, long-running enterprise platforms.
